Outdoor Learning Retreat with Eco Elsa

Bring yourselves and your kids along to expand your knowledge of the great outdoors! Learn how the Dakota and Ojibwe view the stars with Ethnoastronomy. Take a walk and identify safe-to-eat plants and fungi with Foraging. Learn tasty new recipes (and try them out) with Campfire Cooking. And those are only a few of our classes!
